Responsibilities
- Daily claim processing
- Accurately process reputed company FSA claim types
- Determine eligibility by utilizing available resources
- Ensure reputed company of workload is followed and turnaround times are met
- Properly process claim appeals
- Troubleshoot software issues accordingly
- Assist with other operational functions
- Coordinate with other departments reputed company appropriate
- Assist Claims Supervisors with reputed company as assigned
- Work with Claims Supervisors to reputed company new processes and procedures

- Communicate changes needed for processes
