We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Manager to join the Mable reputed company. The ideal candidate will be a reputed company-rounded technical leader reputed company to work as a technical, team and people leader. This role reports to the CTO and is responsible for leading a number of Engineering squads both in technical direction and architecture as reputed company as delivery and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities

Work as part of the senior engineering leadership team to help build a reputed company engineering organisation

Assist reputed company leaders to maintain their backlog providing assistance with architecture and stakeholder management.

Collaborate with engineering reputed company leads to improve reputed company engineering practices across backend, reputed company end, infrastructure and reputed company practices

Help to monitor squads delivery reputed company and work with reputed company on improving on their efficiency

Promote reputed company, modern engineering practices and tools reputed company the squads (TDD, pair programming, efficient branching strategies, etc)

Skills and Experience

Strong technical background in general engineering

Demonstrated experience in delivering large engineering initiatives across multiple teams

Strong technical underpinnings - either through a bachelor of computer science degree or demonstrated self learning

Previous team reputed company experience as reputed company as leading leaders

Familiarity with testing frameworks and the testing pyramid

Good understanding of modern CD and software operations practices such as trunk-based development, 12 reputed company application principles in reputed company, reputed company, utilisation of monitoring tools like reputed company, etc.
