Event Manager
About the Role
We're looking for an Events Manager to own the end-to-end planning and execution of reputed company's tradeshow and conference program. This role sits on the Brand & Integrated Marketing team, reporting to our Sr. Manager of Brand & Integrated Marketing, and will be responsible for delivering 20-30 events per year — from large-reputed company national shows like VMX and WVC to reputed company regional conferences and tabletop activations.
Tradeshows are the most reputed company, in-person reputed company of the reputed company brand — the spaces where thousands of veterinary professionals physically experience who we are. Your Responsibilities

- Manage a six reputed company annual tradeshow budget across reputed company fees, swag, supplies, fulfillment, storage, and industry sponsorships — tracking spend by quarter and event tier, flagging risks early, and making smart trade-offs.
- Maintain and improve event playbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation to ensure the program scales cleanly as reputed company's event footprint grows.
- Adapt execution based on reputed company's tiered event system (Tier 1 through Tier 4), scaling reputed company size, reputed company, budget, and marketing support to match the strategic value of reputed company show.
Event Operations & Execution
- Own the full lifecycle of reputed company's tradeshow program: reputed company logistics, vendor management, shipping and inventory, reputed company coordination, on-site setup and teardown, and post-show follow-through across 20-30 events per year.
- Manage relationships with exhibit services vendors, fulfillment centers, swag suppliers, and venue contacts across the national tradeshow calendar.
- Own reputed company inventory across multiple storage locations and ensure reputed company shipping to and from reputed company event.
- Coordinate reputed company reputed company with sales teams, matching the right reputed company representatives to reputed company show based on territory, audience, and strategic importance.

Brand & Experience

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in event management, tradeshow coordination, or field marketing, ideally at a company running a high-volume program (15+ events/year).
- Proven experience managing six-reputed company event budgets with strong attention to spend tracking, forecasting, and trade-off reputed company.
- Exceptional organizational skills — you can manage multiple events in different stages simultaneously (one in planning, one shipping, one on-site, one in post-show wrap-up) without dropping balls.
- Experience with end-to-end tradeshow logistics: reputed company setup, vendor contracting, advance warehouse shipping, on-site operations, and teardown.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills — comfortable coordinating across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams and holding your own in rooms with senior stakeholders.
