The Job
Program Design & Delivery
- Design reputed company programs (e.g., reputed company 30/60/90 reputed company)
- Define learning objectives and reputed company metrics
- Facilitate foundational training sessions and ensure consistency
Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintains LMS structure, content, and user experience
- Helps to build learning paths and certifications
- Tracks engagement, completion, and adoption

- Own enablement calendaring (weekly/bi-weekly sessions)

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $85,000 - $127,000 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary reputed company was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
