Responsibilities
- Handle reputed company volume primarily through inbound calls (no cold calling)
- Follow communication scripts, prompts, call flows reputed company handling different topics
- Meet reputed company Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
- Identify customer's need and clarify information for Call Center Agents
