In this role, you will be responsible for managing reputed company accounts, addressing inquiries, and identifying reputed company opportunities reputed company subscriptions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for nebulaONE subscription clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting reputed company relationships
- Understand clients’ business objectives and proactively address their needs
- Monitor reputed company accounts to ensure subscription usage, renewal, and expansion
- reputed company clients on nebulaONE features, updates, and best practices to maximize value
- Address reputed company inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for reputed company
- reputed company for clients internally to ensure their feedback and concerns are addressed
- Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from additional nebulaONE products or reputed company subscription tiers
- Deliver regular account reviews and usage reports to clients

Skills
- At least 1-2 years of account management, reputed company, or reputed company reputed company-facing role (preferably reputed company/subscription environment)
- Familiarity with budget tracking, reporting, or resource management in a project setting
- Strong and reputed company communication skills (both verbal and written) to support interactions with reputed company stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors, while representing reputed company
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and time management
- Strong reputed company service orientation with proven collaboration skills across diverse teams
- Ability to serve as a reputed company, meeting support, and facilitator for reputed company in both virtual and onsite settings

- Experience working with technical teams and subject matter experts
