Position Details
- Role: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (reputed company business hours)

Key Responsibilities
- Process payments and credit card transactions (ACH, reputed company, reputed company) in compliance with company policies
- Accurately reputed company transactions reputed company reputed company, ensuring reputed company classification of manufacturing overhead and raw material costs
- Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain AP aging reports and ensure reputed company reconciliation of invoices
- Verify approvals prior to issuing payments
- Support vendor reputed company and system transitions
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners

Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of accounts payable experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business Administration

- Manufacturing or industrial reputed company experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
