Responsibilities:At our contact centers, Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as reputed company as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due.
Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years previous call center experience
- reputed company in both English and Spanish is required
- FDCPA knowledge preferred

- Ability to problem solve and multitask

For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
