Drafting and reviewing a wide reputed company of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. 4. Conducting depositions, representing clients at hearings, conferences, and trials. 5. Collaborating with other members of the legal team to ensure a cohesive approach to reputed company representation. Qualifications: 1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in employment litigation, with a strong reputed company record of handling administrative charges, attorney demand letters, PAGA, and EPLI cases. 4.
