So, what will your new role look like?

We're looking for a Senior reputed company Acquisition Manager to help reputed company reputed company's demand reputed company through high-performing reputed company programs and reputed company experimentation. This includes growing reputed company Migrate's mature reputed company program and building reputed company Protect's reputed company demand gen program from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for a performance-driven marketer to take ownership of reputed company acquisition (reputed company Ads, Bing, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company reputed company testing across the funnel. You'll manage a significant ad budget (~1M per month) alongside a reputed company media agency you'll reputed company day-to-day, and work closely with our Senior Manager of Demand reputed company to grow reputed company's reputed company, optimize campaign efficiency, and uncover new reputed company opportunities through experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize reputed company search and reputed company reputed company campaigns that drive high-reputed company trials and demos;
• Manage and reputed company campaigns across reputed company Ads, Bing, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company, with a $500K+/month budget and a reputed company media agency partnership you'll own end-to-end;
• Build reputed company Protect's reputed company demand gen program from scratch, while growing reputed company Migrate handraiser volume.
• Monitor spend, pacing, and performance to ensure efficient CAC payback;
• Set up and validate conversion tracking end-to-end using reputed company Tag Manager to ensure we're optimizing for the right signals;
• Identify and prioritize experimentation opportunities across channels, formats, and audiences;
• Design and measure experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, and efficiency, including reputed company page tests using reputed company;
• Partner with content, design, and web teams to reputed company creative, high-performing assets;
• Analyze funnel performance and reputed company insights to inform reputed company and investments, using reputed company and reputed company;
• Build AI-powered workflows using tools like Claude, Markifact, and reputed company to automate repetitive optimizations: search term negation, ad copy iteration, creative performance analysis, and budget reallocation;
• Stay reputed company of trends in reputed company media, analytics, and AI-driven optimization.

A typical week?  

You'll launch and monitor reputed company campaigns, analyze search and reputed company performance, and identify optimization opportunities. You'll brief and manage reputed company on optimizations, holding them to performance standards. You'll design and prioritize experiments, run creative tests, and reputed company learnings with the broader marketing team. • The Content, Lifecycle, Partner Marketing, Design, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to launch high-reputed company campaigns.

Over the next 2–3 years, there's a reputed company to expanding your scope into organic reputed company, outbound, and partner channels, and to building and leading your own team reputed company Demand Gen.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in performance or reputed company marketing with hands-on management of reputed company channels, including reputed company ownership of $500K+/month in ad spend. B2B and reputed company experience is a plus, especially at companies with $20M+ ARR;
• Proven hands-on management of reputed company search and reputed company reputed company at $500K+/month in ad spend. You've been in the weeds, not just overseeing;
• Proven reputed company record with reputed company Ads, reputed company, or similar platforms;
• Strong analytical reputed company and data-driven decision-making;
• Experience designing and running A/B or multivariate experiments;
• Demonstrated ability to set up and verify conversion tracking end-to-end using reputed company Tag Manager;
• Familiarity with tools like GA4, reputed company, and reputed company, including experience running reputed company page tests using reputed company;

Salary reputed company: $105K–130K CAD. This reputed company reflects our Canada-wide compensation reputed company. Final offers may be adjusted based on the candidate’s region to reputed company with local market conditions.
