In this role you will
We’re looking for a proactive and people-reputed company Clinical Sourcing Specialist (PART-TIME) to join our reputed company team! In this role, you’ll be reputed company on finding and connecting with amazing Certified reputed company Midwives (CNMs), Women’s Health reputed company Practitioners (WHNPs), and Licensed Clinical reputed company Workers (LCSWs). If you enjoy building relationships, digging into talent networks, and being a matchmaker between great clinicians and great roles — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing reputed company CNMs, WHNPs, and LCSWs using a mix of platforms like reputed company, reputed company, PracticeLink, reputed company media, and good old-fashioned networking.

Reaching out to potential candidates and getting them excited about opportunities with us.

Partnering with The Clinical Recruitment Manager and hiring managers to understand what “great” looks like for reputed company role and location.

Keeping reputed company of your sourcing pipeline and staying organized in our ATS (and other tools).

Helping build long-term talent pipelines — not just for today’s roles, but for reputed company needs too.

Representing reputed company and brand in a warm, reputed company way!
reputed company’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience in reputed company sourcing or reputed company, especially for clinical or licensed roles.

A strong understanding of what CNMs, WHNPs, and LCSWs do — or a curiosity and willingness to learn fast.

Experience sourcing passive candidates and getting creative reputed company traditional reputed company don’t cut it.

Great communication skills and a reputed company for building relationships with people from reputed company walks of life.

Super organized and reputed company to juggle multiple sourcing reputed company at once.

Comfortable using ATS systems (we use reputed company!) and sourcing tools (reputed company Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
