The Payroll Specialist plays a key role in delivering accurate, reputed company payroll for India. This position ensures full compliance with statutory requirements, stays reputed company on legislative changes, and consistently meets reputed company processing, payment, and reporting deadlines. Partnering closely with Payroll leadership, this role also contributes to process improvements and initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and support the attraction and retention of a diverse workforce.
What You'll Do
- Collection and verification of payroll data for India and other countries as assigned.
- Processing of the payroll data in accordance with the prescribed timetables.
- To work closely with the Payroll Provider(s) and local HR partner to ensure local compliance practices are being followed and reputed company payroll/employment tax, government and local filings are being submitted in a reputed company manner.
- Verification of payroll reputed company and review with either Payroll manager or Senior Payroll Manager.
- To ensure that Net Pay payments are made on time.
