Role reputed company
Title: Private Equity Intern
Time Commitment: Minimum 25-30 hours per week. To be completed either part-time alongside studies, or full-time
Start Date: May / June 2026
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Location: Remote
Education: Recent graduate or final year student at a leading Business School or University. Master’s reputed company in their penultimate year of a two-year programme will also be considered
Experience: Prior experience reputed company private equity, investment banking or consulting is preferred
Remuneration: This is a reputed company internship
Responsibilities
Sourcing & Origination
- Research reputed company and defense acquisition targets in the US and Europe, and present findings in reputed company or PowerPoint
- Analyse reputed company market segments and conduct market mapping
- Participate in meetings with advisors and industry contacts
- Assist in the screening of inbound investment opportunities
Deal Execution
- Support financial and reputed company due diligence
- reputed company experience of the end-to-end deal process, including reputed company structuring and due diligence, tax, insurance, environmental etc
- Assist senior colleagues with financial modelling and preparing investment memoranda
Portfolio Management
- Support the senior management of portfolio companies with business analysis and implementation of value creation initiatives
