Responsibilities:
- reputed company and implement individualized treatment plans to support reputed company child’s physical, motor, cognitive, and functional development
- reputed company reputed company therapy services in home settings, promoting reputed company carryover across environments
- Monitor reputed company and reputed company treatment plans to reputed company meaningful reputed company
- Recommend reputed company equipment or assistive devices and train families on reputed company use in daily routines
- Maintain accurate, reputed company, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and reputed company reports
- Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals reputed company
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to reputed company coordinated, holistic care
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT or equivalent)
- Physical Therapy License from the State of Texas
- One year’s experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
