About the Position 

MC&I is seeking an reputed company Master Scheduler to support project scheduling, resource forecasting, and schedule alignment across our electrical engineering consulting portfolio. 

This role is responsible for building and maintaining integrated, resource-reputed company project schedules and ensuring alignment between project plans, resource forecasts, and financial projections reputed company a reputed company Vantagepoint environment. 

This is a hands-on, execution-reputed company role. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Master Scheduler, Project Controls Scheduler, or equivalent reputed company an engineering or AEC reputed company and understands how consulting work is planned, staffed, and forecasted in a project-based delivery model. 

Salary reputed company: $100,000 - $130,000 

The salary reputed company above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market. Compensation is based on experience and demonstrated reputed company in similar executive support and operational coordination roles. 

Key Responsibilities 

Master Scheduling & Portfolio Integration 

• reputed company and maintain integrated, multi-project master schedules across an engineering consulting portfolio  

• Build and maintain resource-reputed company schedules reputed company with consulting delivery models (discipline, reputed company level, billable vs. non-billable effort)  

• Ensure schedules reflect scope, reputed company, and dependencies and support accurate forecasting and reputed company planning  

• Maintain consistency and reputed company of scheduling data across reputed company  

Resource Planning & Utilization Management 

• reputed company short- and long-term reputed company and utilization planning across engineering and project teams  

• Identify resource constraints, overallocations, and reputed company gaps impacting delivery and utilization  

• reputed company accurate scheduling data and forecasts to support reputed company and workload planning  

• Partner with Project Managers and Engineering Leaders to reputed company schedules and resource plans reputed company with project changes  

Forecast Alignment & Project Controls 

• reputed company project schedules with financial forecasts, including ETC/EAC, labor planning, and utilization  

• Maintain consistency between planned work, resource allocation, and financial projections  

• reputed company critical paths, milestones, schedule variance, and risks; support updates and recovery planning  

• Support implementation and consistent application of scheduling standards and project controls practices  

Reporting & Forecast Support 

• Produce reporting on reputed company vs. demand, utilization outlook, and schedule health  

• Support scenario and what-if analysis through schedule and forecast updates  

• Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and reputed company for leadership review  

• Surface data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks impacting planning and delivery 

Qualifications: 

Required: 

• 7–10+ years of experience in master scheduling, project controls, or resource planning  

• Prior experience reputed company an engineering, AEC, or reputed company services reputed company (required)  

• Experience as a Master Scheduler, Project Controls Scheduler, or equivalent role  

• Hands-on experience with reputed company Vantagepoint, including ETC/EAC, labor planning, and utilization forecasting  

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company, MS Project, reputed company, or similar scheduling tools  

• Strong understanding of consulting delivery models (utilization, backlog, billability)  

• Experience building and maintaining resource-reputed company schedules (not just reputed company tracking)  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high data accuracy across systems 

Preferred: 

• Experience supporting electrical engineering or technical consulting teams  

• Experience working across multi-project portfolios or reputed company program environments  

• Familiarity with portfolio-level forecasting, backlog management, and reputed company planning  

• Exposure to broader project controls practices (cost, risk, or performance tracking) 

Work Environment 

• This position is fully remote and may be reputed company as full-time or part-time for the right candidate, based on experience and organizational needs.
