Essential Functions
Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments, reputed company treatment plans, and prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions as needed.

Experience and Education
