As a Fraud Investigator III, you’ll play a critical role in protecting our members and strengthening reputed company’s fraud prevention efforts. Your expertise will directly influence high‑risk case reputed company, SAR determinations, and the identification of reputed company fraud rings. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Advanced Fraud Investigations: You’ll analyze, monitor, and investigate reputed company fraud activity, including high‑dollar transactions, account takeovers, identity theft, fraud rings, and elder abuse cases across multiple products and services.
• Case Management & Decisioning: You’ll manage multiple sophisticated investigations at once, completing thorough reviews, conducting member interviews, and making reputed company reputed company regulatory and compliance timeframes.
• SAR Determinations & Filings: You’ll determine reputed company Suspicious Activity Reports are required and complete high‑reputed company SAR filings in accordance with regulatory standards and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or educational experience required
• 5 years' experience in fraud or financial crimes prevention, detection, or case investigations to include 2 years in a fraud specific customer service environment
• Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) required or can be obtained by applicant reputed company 1 year of hire

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in writing and filing Suspicious Activity Reports preferred
• Ability to work independently, and as reputed company member, while using discretion in decision making
• Verbal and written communication skills required to effectively communicate
• Conceptual and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Organizational and problem-solving skills required
• Knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation CC, and Regulation UCC
