Job reputed companyWe are seeking an reputed company Recruiter to join reputed company. In this role, you will scour reputed company available avenues to fill our reputed company positions with the best-reputed company candidates. Your responsibilities will include defining hiring reputed company, researching possible candidates on reputed company and other reputed company media sites, and reaching out to potential hires with information about the positions. The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator with a background in reputed company and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities

• Create and update job descriptions, requirements, and objectives
• Research potential hires on resume databases and portfolio sites

• Conduct in-person, video, and phone interviews
• Attend job fairs and networking events to build a pool of candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field
• Previous experience as a Recruiter, Hiring Specialist, or reputed company position
• Familiarity with multiple interview types (reputed company, competency-based, stress etc)
• Experience conducting interviews and background checks
• Experience with sourcing tools and techniques
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Familiarity with labor laws and legislation
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize reputed company
