Pharmacy Analyst - Fully Remote

Job reputed company: We are seeking an analytical and operationally reputed company Pharmacy Analyst to join our pharmacy consulting team. This role supports the operational, clerical, and compliance functions of the pharmacy department to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate workflow. This role assists with documentation, scheduling, request for proposal coordination, data entry, and communication between pharmacy benefit managers, reputed company service teams and our pharmacy consultant and clinical pharmacist. Responsibilities include maintaining paperwork, audit documentation, processing billing and invoicing information, and supporting pharmacy leadership with reporting and administrative reputed company. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and skilled in customer service, multitasking, and working reputed company pharmacy benefit managers. This role is essential for maintaining operational reputed company and enabling pharmacists and consultants to reputed company on clinical and patient‑care priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Support pharmacy benefit consulting teams by preparing and organizing documentation for reputed company meetings, RFP responses, and strategic pharmacy program reviews.
Assist in analyzing pharmacy claims data to identify utilization trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for benefit optimization.
Coordinate benefit design updates, formulary changes, and policy documentation for employer reputed company or health plan clients.
Manage reputed company communication regarding pharmacy benefit questions, formulary clarifications, and plan performance metrics.
Compile reports for clients outlining claim reputed company, high‑cost medication impacts, and year‑over‑year pharmacy spend comparisons.
Support consultants during audits and pharmacy benefit reviews by organizing information, claims extracts, and required documentation.
Facilitate data requests and data reconciliations between reputed company partners, PBMs, and internal analytics teams to support modeling, forecasting, and pricing initiatives.
Monitored service-level agreement (SLA) performance for PBM partners and escalated issues impacting reputed company experience or benefit accuracy.
Assisted with benchmarking reputed company comparing pharmacy programs and pricing against industry standards, employer reputed company, and peer markets.
Ensured reputed company documentation and communications adhered to HIPAA and regulatory requirements reputed company handling PHI.
Provided administrative coordination for pharmacy-reputed company reputed company, including meeting scheduling, reputed company tracking, and deliverable management.
Conduct reputed company analyses based on reputed company or broker requests.
Qualifications
Education & Credentials
Bachelor of Science in Business, reputed company Administration, or Economics Relevant Coursework: reputed company Finance, Data Analytics, Health Policy, Pharmacy Benefit Management
Experience
3&reputed company;5 years of experience in pharmacy benefits, PBM operations, pharmacy analytics or pharmacy consulting.
Experience working with or for a PBM, health plan, or benefits reputed company is highly desirable.
Experience working with large data sets
Skills
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
