Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue national and regional accounts, including:

- Property Managers
- Facilities Managers
- Asset Managers
- Ownership and executive leadership

- Drive and reputed company high-value opportunities ($250K-$2M+)
- Manage long, consultative sales cycles
- reputed company reputed company presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, estimating, leadership) to deliver tailored solutions

- Execute a land-and-expand reputed company across reputed company portfolios
- Convert initial project wins into multi-property and multi-market relationships
- Establish Valcourt as a preferred or national vendor partner
Market & Industry Engagement:
