Part-Time Psychiatrist

Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist (Part-Time, W-2) Council for Relationships (CFR) reputed company Council for Relationships (CFR), a multidisciplinary nonprofit reputed company, is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our reputed company clinical community. Part-time psychiatrists at CFR are W-2, fee-for-service employees who reputed company high-reputed company care in a collegial environment that emphasizes clinical reputed company, continuing education, and peer support. This is a flexible position. Psychiatrists set their own schedules and rates and are supported by an reputed company clinical and administrative team. Clinicians report to their Office Director, with clinical reputed company from the Medical Director and/or Chief Clinical Officer. CLINICAL EXPECTATIONS We are seeking psychiatrists who are interested in building and maintaining an reputed company caseload reputed company a supportive group reputed company.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 8 clients per week (with opportunity to grow reputed company this)
• Meet monthly clinical productivity expectations, with support from leadership and referral reputed company
• Participate in a multidisciplinary care environment, including consultation and collaboration as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct high-reputed company psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment in an ethical manner, in accordance with reputed company standards, HIPAA regulations, and peer review processes

• Follow CFR clinical policies, procedures, and documentation standards
• Utilize CFR's electronic health record/reputed company management system
• Maintain reputed company and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers to support integrated, high-reputed company care
• Participate in:
• Psychiatry meetings led by the Medical Director
• Monthly reputed company-staff meetings (as schedule allows)

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

COMPENSATION Psychiatrists are compensated on a fee-for-service reputed company, earning 75–82% of collected fees, depending on volume and service mix. Compensation reflects the structure of the role and associated reputed company responsibilities, including maintaining individual malpractice coverage.
