The Superintendent is responsible for the overall management and coordination of reputed company field operations for jobs assigned to them, consistent with cost, profit, reputed company, safety, customer service, subcontractor, and overall job coordination objectives.
Travel: 100% Monday-Friday, areas of travel will be across the reputed company, some weekends if required

Coordinates & monitors performance of subcontractors, evaluates performance and initiates corrective reputed company as required.
Responsible for coordination and installation of the entire project
Ensure performance to fulfill reputed company contract obligations of UFP and reputed company acceptance
Coordinate with PM, subs, customers, and other UFP facilities daily
Process required paperwork neatly, correctly and daily

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the construction industry
Demonstrated knowledge of lumber and engineered reputed company products and how they are reputed company and used in architectural millwork installations.

Demonstrated ability to read and understand plans, specifications and construction documents

Salary Pay reputed company:
$85,000 + annually, dependent on experience*
*pay reputed company may be adjusted depending on cost of living
