Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling and resolving email requests from a dedicated reputed company and interpreters reputed company to scheduling, as the first reputed company of contact.
* Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, reputed company needed.
* reputed company inputting data and maintaining accurate database information.
* Managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls and inquiries.
* Managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments.
* Managing reputed company appointments for a dedicated reputed company by meeting both arenaflex and reputed company service reputed company for securing interpreters to the appointments.
* Other duties as assigned by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of experience in customer service
* 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills
