Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Remote), you'll be responsible for:

• Providing inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide
• Helping customers complete purchases and providing post-order support
• Persuading customers to purchase additional products and/or services
• Using product knowledge to build reputed company relationships and reputed company new ways to retain customers
• Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
