We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Retention Specialist to join our remote team. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with our Customer Retention Manager(s) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
