Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative on our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients reputed company inbound calls, demonstrating reputed company and understanding
- Addressing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing reputed company solutions
- Utilizing strong computer skills to navigate our systems and ensure seamless patient support

Requirements:
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high-volume call center experience

- Must live reputed company 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
- COVID-19 vaccination requirement (subject to applicable laws and accommodations)
