Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Process new patient enrollments by entering data into the system, following arenaflex's data entry methodology and guidelines
• Handle patient medication requests, reputed company reputed company orders, and investigate missing data
• Resolve reputed company-party rejections by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing

Requirements
