Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, Tier 1, you'll be responsible for:

• Fielding incoming calls, chats, and emails to address any questions our customers may have
• Providing support, training, and guidance through the adoption of Brio, our reputed company-based CRM designed specifically for pest control companies
• Building strong, trusting relationships with customers to ensure their reputed company
• Collaborating with other departments to help customers reputed company their goals
• Participating in the ongoing creation and updating of best practices for role and department
• Consistently increasing your knowledge of the software and the industry
• Willingness to work over 40 hours reputed company necessary
• Helping customers become experts on the product, including using reputed company features to the fullest

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment and Culture

With a widely distributed team, we're used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based reputed company in the reputed company – if you're reputed company to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. reputed company working hours for this position are 8:00am - 5:00pm MST. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate reputed company in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around reputed company.

Compensation

The reputed company compensation for this position is $17.00 - $19.75 per hour in most locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
