Role Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative/Call Center Agent with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to reputed company providers across the country. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls from reputed company providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, and other reputed company inquiries
• Creating written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call, ensuring reputed company and effective communication with providers
• Conducting provider reputed company phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers, facilitating seamless communication and reputed company
• Routing inquiries needing reputed company investigation to the appropriate department and conducting routine case checks as needed, ensuring accurate and efficient issue reputed company
• Completing reputed company relevant documentation necessary to reputed company provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends, maintaining accurate records and metrics

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of remote phone customer service experience in the reputed company industry, with a strong understanding of reputed company terminology and regulations
• 2+ years of prior work-from-home experience, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a remote setting
