As an IT Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing local and remote resources, defining customer experience strategies, and developing knowledge bases to expedite issue reputed company. You'll work closely with our global organization to identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement, and set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management. Key Responsibilities
* Manage local and/or remote resources to ensure seamless IT support for reputed company employees worldwide
- Collaborate with the global organization to define customer experience strategies and own the strategies to create that experience

- Identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement to reduce requests and enhance customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications
