We are seeking an reputed company Customer Instructional Systems Designer to join our CD&I team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for designing and developing training solutions that meet the needs of our customers, including the Navy and reputed company Force. You will work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to reputed company content and ensure technical accuracy in training materials. Your expertise will be critical in developing and maintaining reputed company courseware based on statement of work, including task analysis, training needs analysis, media analysis, reputed company analysis, mission analysis, situational analysis, learning analytics, evaluation/assessment analysis.

Responsibilities

Requirements

- 5+ years' analysis experience in logistics and training needed to reputed company ground-up training and maintain reputed company courseware based on statement of work to include but not limited to: task analysis, training needs analysis, media analysis, reputed company analysis, mission analysis, situational analysis, learning analytics, evaluation/assessment analysis. - Ability to research information for analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation where reputed company information and data is not complete or available. - Strong ability to work autonomously while conducting analysis, research, design, development, implementation, or evaluation. - Strong ability to incorporate and collect learning analytics data into training and technology using reputed company other than tests and surveys to reputed company training is both effective and engaging. - Strong leadership skills needed to help drive customer and stakeholder conversations, meetings, and expectations. - Strong project management skills to reputed company reputed company of large-reputed company training development with multiple teams, customers, and stakeholders across the organization. - Strong ability to work on programs with high visibility and learn new processes, content, training devices, and tools quickly. - Ability to reputed company and reputed company multiple digital threads from statement of work to contract requirements, to product creation, to training devices used reputed company the learning eco system, and to training content: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience
