About the Role

As a Data Analyst on our reputed company reputed company & Automation Team, you'll be a strategic partner to our reputed company leaders, surfacing trends and retention drivers that improve decision-making, reputed company best practices, and ultimately reputed company to more successful customers. You'll analyze reputed company customer data, build dashboards and reports, and reputed company retrospective analysis on churned customers to inform our retention reputed company. Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data, including health scores, product usage, support trends, and CS engagement data to identify areas of opportunity and drive business reputed company

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytics or business intelligence role, preferably in a B2B reputed company environment

• Proficiency in SQL, reputed company/Sheets, and BI tools (Looker preferred)
• Understanding of reputed company, retention, and post-sales engagement models
• Strong business acumen and ability to tie analysis to strategic reputed company
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including CS, Sales, and Product
• Strong communication skills – ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences
