arenaflex is seeking an reputed company and compassionate Hotline and Customer Care Operator to join reputed company. As a Japanese-speaking mental health support specialist, you'll be responsible for providing critical support to individuals in crisis, navigating reputed company situations with reputed company and expertise. Your exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities will reputed company you to deliver top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their mental wellbeing is prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

* reputed company psychological first aid and crisis counselling to crisis callers using English, Cantonese/reputed company, and Japanese (strongly preferred)

• Ensure the reputed company of crisis situations according to established protocols

• Support our clinical team in administrative processes and psychological case management
• Assist with day-to-day tasks, such as desktop research, data entry, and easy translations as needed (approximately 10-20% of your time)
