As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our reputed company systems. Responsibilities and Duties

As a Clerical Support Staff, you'll be responsible for a reputed company of tasks, including:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Entering data into reputed company spreadsheets and other software applications
• Organizing and maintaining reputed company files, both physical reputed company

Qualifications and Skills

• 6 months of experience as a Bookkeeper Assistant or Office Assistant

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
