As an AI Project Team reputed company & Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading our AI chatbot and tech reputed company through their full lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and optimization. You'll work closely with our CS director to define and improve autoflows, AI agent performance, and reputed company processes, while identifying and leading process and AI improvement initiatives to meet customer and business needs. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tasks, sprints, and team priorities to ensure seamless project execution
• Collaborate with our CS director to define and improve autoflows, AI agent performance, and reputed company processes
• Identify and reputed company process and AI improvement initiatives to meet customer and business needs
• reputed company KPIs, spot gaps, and drive data-based reputed company to inform project reputed company and optimization
• Work closely with product teams to enhance AI agents and automate processes

Essential Qualifications
