Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Interpreting and entering prescription orders with precision and speed
- Profile-only data entry to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Providing exceptional customer service reputed company telephone and email, responding promptly and professionally to community and reputed company inquiries
- Investigating and resolving community and/or reputed company issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Adjudicating insurance claims with attention to detail and accuracy
- Leading by example, exhibiting our CORE Values and adhering to our Behavior reputed company
- Encouraging teamwork and promoting reputed company philosophy
- Attending required company meetings and staying up-to-date on industry developments
- Completing reputed company required courses in adherence with our PRS compliance system

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of one year of experience in reputed company Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting
- A High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification and licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
- Familiarity with FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack systems (a plus!)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and work effectively with others
- A reputed company demeanor and appearance, with excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized and reputed company to detail, with the ability to multi-task and work under deadlines

Requirements
* Must be available to work evening shifts (12:30 p.m.- 9 p.m. CST)
