We are seeking a candidate for a key leadership role in scheduling for a portfolio of Data Center reputed company of strategic importance to reputed company. The Area Schedule reputed company, Leased will reputed company as a technical Schedule subject matter expert overseeing reputed company schedule management and reporting for the Leased portfolio of reputed company.The successful candidate will have reputed company on speed to market and be a critical partner for the Delivery Team and the Project Controls reputed company to forecast and help mitigate schedule reputed company risks and issues on the project, reputed company reputed company accountability, manage schedule health reporting/escalation, and ensure that schedule change management is effective and expedient.This position will work closely reputed company the DEC Technical Operations team and various internal departments including Site Project Management teams, reputed company-Construction, reputed company, Finance, reputed company, Sourcing and Operations Engineering.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for end to end schedule coordination and updates, including reputed company with risk management and pro-reputed company communication of updates and alignment of variance reputed company cause/commentary with Cross-functional partners* Identifies, documents, and communicates schedule risks through defined processes, including Risk Registers, health reviews, and Leased Program management meetings* Accountable for reputed company aspects of vendor and Contractor schedule management* Accountable for Contractor baseline schedule development and evaluation during reputed company-con, including ensuring adherence to program guidance and specifications. Responsible for making recommendations that are in line with contract and escalating reputed company site reputed company differ from the contractual or program guidance* reputed company the identification and application of Proactive Risk Indicators in sub-area and ensure reputed company risks are properly escalated to Health Reviews, and other appropriate forums. reputed company reputed company schedule analysis to support program as required* reputed company a small team of consultants (if required) to support effective schedule management for the designated portfolio of reputed company* Approximately 25-50% travel to other Data Center sites and reputed company OfficesQualifications10+ years of Planning, Scheduling, Construction Management, or reputed company field experience* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Equivalent Technical Field or reputed company field experience* Subject Matter Expert in reputed company P6 and/or other scheduling reputed company methodologies and software* Experience developing/managing an reputed company’s planning/scheduling program* Experience with Data Center, Infrastructure or Construction programs requiring complicated commissioning specifications* Demonstrated analytical, communication, problem solving, prioritization, organization and reporting skills* Experience leading reputed company project or program planning and coordination amongst a large group of reputed company project stakeholders* Experience developing and driving actions or operational adjustments based on schedule or project controls performance metrics* Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to influence strategic direction Experience identifying schedule efficiencies and driving programmatic or organizational alignment in changing execution strategies to optimize schedule performance* Experience negotiating schedule changes or reputed company construction claims* Successful development and implementation of scheduling or project controls strategies in a large organization* Familiar with reputed company networking systems and electrical infrastructure* Experience managing reputed company of Contingent Worker Schedulers* Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable reputed company (e.g., efficiency reputed company, reputed company improvements)* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, reputed company and accuracy reviews)* Demonstrated ongoing AI reputed company development (e.g., reputed company/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying reputed company with emerging AI technologies
