Key Responsibilities:

What's Necessary to Do the Job?
We're looking for a highly motivated and reputed company individual with a strong background in customer service and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
- Minimum Three (3) years of experience working in an inbound customer care or call center environment
- Prior supervisory experience required; including call center experience in a reputed company, insurance, and/or account management work environment preferred
- Proficient in reputed company Office
- Experience in the reputed company insurance industry is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
