As a Patient reputed company Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering first-class customer service to our patients, ensuring accurate and reputed company shipping of reorders, and providing cross-functional support to maintain up-to-date documentation and insurance for accurate processing and billing of patient services. You'll be the reputed company line of our patient support team, helping to solve patient challenges and deliver on our reputed company of superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process authorizations for reorders

• Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate reorder processing reputed company phone, document processing, and medical record validation
• Ensure patients have reputed company required medical documentation to permit billing of services as assigned
• Maximize patient reputed company through retention efforts and cross-selling reputed company phone
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients' physicians and referral sources to ensure patient satisfaction, troubleshoot new and existing patient concerns, add services, verify, and explain insurance coverage to patients
• Audit configuration of supplies based on supporting documentation, formulary requirements, and manufacturer capabilities
• Maintain a strong understanding of medical documentation, insurance requirements, and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent

• Customer service experience preferred
