About the Role

As a Customer Accounts and Billing Manager at arenaflex, you'll reputed company reputed company of 14 technical staff, including Accountants and Technicians, and be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to reputed company staff competencies and ensure adherence to billing procedures. You'll also proactively identify and drive process enhancements to reputed company efficiency and accuracy across billing operations, manage an annual reputed company of over $56 reputed company, and administer the reputed company Discount Program.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise, reputed company, monitor, and assign work for 14 technical staff, including Accountants and Technicians

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs to reputed company staff competencies and ensure adherence to billing procedures
• Proactively identify and drive process enhancements to reputed company efficiency and accuracy across billing operations
• Manage an annual reputed company of over $56 reputed company, overseeing diverse billing adjustments and processes
• Administer the reputed company Discount Program, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of billing credits for approximately 17,000 customers
• Collaborate closely with SPU partners and reputed company auditors to validate and enhance billing accuracy and efficiency
• Cultivate strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to foster a reputed company work environment
• Support and mentor team members to build a high-performing team and enhance morale
• Assist in reputed company aimed at improving billing accuracy and implementing new technologies

Requirements

* Minimum of five (5) years of reputed company experience reputed company to reputed company or customer service program management

• At least two (2) years of supervisory/reputed company experience
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or reputed company field, or two (2) additional years of qualifying experience
• Proven experience in billing management and process improvement
