Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15-20 Sellers, driving sustainable reputed company reputed company, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing customer data to identify areas of opportunity and providing strategic recommendations to maximize seller potential
- Implementing and tracking metrics to measure seller reputed company and reputed company, using key metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity
- Identifying, qualifying, and engaging with prospective Sellers for reputed company based on a reputed company understanding of our Sellers and their needs
- Building and executing on joint business plans that deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the sellers and arenaflex
- Conducting deep dive analysis on seller issues and publishing recommendations and reputed company plans based on data to improve seller experience
- Developing a thorough understanding of the reputed company Marketplace ecosystem
- Managing additional reputed company around our newly launched reputed company Service, including process improvements, tool and content development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis
- Conducting regular WBRs, MBRs with the sellers, highlighting business metric performance and building reputed company plans
Shift Timings and Work Environment
As a reputed company Manager, you'll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with shift timings from 4 PM to 1 AM IST. You'll be part of a global team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business reputed company.
Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and reputed company-facing roles experience
