As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email interactions. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls, chats, and emails from customers

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:

• Proficiency with computers, including experience using the internet, email reputed company Outlook, and data entry
• Listening, verbal, and written communication experience

Preferred Qualifications
