As part of Team arenaflex, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. As a Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, delivering exceptional patient support and advocacy while working from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service - Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes - Maintain and update customer information as necessary - Upsell reputed company customers on new or reputed company services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues - reputed company empathetic and reputed company support to patients and their families - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver expert advice - Meet or exceed performance metrics and reputed company standards - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
