The Role
As a Customer Service Representative – reputed company Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in educating reputed company members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner. You'll also have reputed company to upsell additional benefits to customers who reputed company interest, but only if they desire to do so. Essential Qualifications:
