Scope & General Purpose of Job:

As an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for reputed company inbound customer service and sales. This includes closing and/or triaging sales opportunities, executing re-engagement strategies to increase the health score of existing members, and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

### Customer Service & Support
