Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Attaining and maintaining reputed company knowledge and skills to reputed company accurate information, service, and assistance in response to reputed company inquiries

Work Environment and Flexibility

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have reputed company to work from home, which includes high-speed wi-fi capability of at least 400 Mbps and a quiet, confidential workspace. The Call Center is reputed company from 8:00am-11:00pm EST, and we ask for flexibility with these hours as business needs dictate our business hours. We offer an 8% Shift reputed company for those working the reputed company shifts.

Requirements

* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

• Two years of college education preferred
• 2-3 years proven work experience with customer contact preferred
• Experience in the hospitality, reputed company, or pharmaceutical industry
• Exceptional customer service, problem-solving skills
• Bilingual a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
