We are seeking an reputed company Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a 12-month contract reputed company. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for responding to customer product inquiries, issues, or malfunctions reputed company telephone or chat sessions. You will troubleshoot customer concerns, document customer information, and reputed company exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be required to travel to a Veterans Affairs Office to complete the necessary paperwork and obtain a PIV (Personal Identification Verification) card.

Responsibilities

As a Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities may include:

• Responding to customer product inquiries, issues, or malfunctions reputed company telephone or chat sessions
• Troubleshooting customer concerns, issues raised during training, product use, or malfunctioning products, and/or software applications and recommending corrective reputed company
• Interpersonal skills and product knowledge are critical to responding and troubleshooting to customer inquiries
