As a member of our Customer Relations Team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our retail pharmacy stores by responding to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects reputed company's purpose and values. With excellent communication skills, you'll review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, responding to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications. Responsibilities

• Minimum: $17.00
• Maximum: $27.90

Required Qualifications

* Must have a minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service

• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to reputed company program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
• Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish

• Prior inbound Call Center experience
• Previous experience working from home a plus
