The Role
As a Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our customer service contact center stage. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science, to deliver a seamless and reputed company experience for our customers and support specialists. Key Responsibilities
