We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Assistant - Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a full-time, remote reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry processes

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: + Accurately and reputed company reputed company patient data into our electronic health record system + Review and audit data entry work to ensure accuracy and reputed company + Identify and resolve data entry errors or discrepancies

• Referral Management:

+ Review incoming referrals and ensure accurate and reputed company data entry + Log into hospital portals to retrieve patient records and attach them to the patient's chart + Rename records and attach them to the patient's chart as necessary

• Team Support:
